New towers in Moncton

AGF Olympic, our division in Caraquet, is currently working on a large 15-storey mixed-use high-rise project in downtown Moncton.

This is a three-phase project. Our team initially worked on the first phase, which included the parkade for towers 1 and 2 (about 1,000 MT of rebar). In parallel, the team obtained a contract to install 700 MT of rebar for the second building.

It’s a great achievement, and it’s ahead of schedule too! The project, which was scheduled to begin in September, got under way on July 1, 2021.

The first tower will comprise between 200,000 and 215,000 square feet of floor space, 150 apartments and 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Construction of this tower is expected to be completed in September 2023. The second tower will be completed in 2025 and the third by 2027.

Nuevas torres en Moncton (NB)

AGF Olympic, nuestra división de Carquet, trabaja en este momento en un gran proyecto de torres a uso mixto de 15 pisos en el centro de Moncton (Nuevo Brunswick).

Se trata de un proyecto en tres fases. Nuestro equipo se comprometió primero en una parte que incluía el estacionamiento de las torres 1 y 2 (aproximadamente 1000 t de acero de refuerzo). Al mismo tiempo, el equipo obtuvo un contrato para la instalación de 700 t de acero de refuerzo en el segundo edificio.

Esto ha sido un gran logro… ¡con antelación al calendario previsto! Esta obra que debía comenzar en septiembre finalmente comenzó el 1º de julio de 2021.

La primera torre contará con entre 200 000 y 215 000 ft² de superficie útil, 150 departamentos y 13 000 ft² de espacio comercial en la primera planta. La construcción de esta torre debe terminarse en septiembre de 2023. La de la segunda torre, en el 2025. En cuanto a la tercera torre, debe construirse de aquí al 2027.
